Jump In Latency

Something caused the latency to jump on a project I am currently working on.  Currently working on a bass line and there is now a big delay from what I play to what I hear coming out of the project (about a half second).  I didn't add anything else to the track, but I did accidentally hit several keys on my PC keyboard at once.  Wondering if this changed some setting, but I cannot track it down.  This does not happen on any other project.  The driver's buffer setting is unchanged.

There are no delays, etc. on the track. I tried it on a new track and it does the same thing.  I have also reboot my PC and my interface.

I know this may be difficult to track down, but any thoughts come to mind?

Thanks in advance,

Figured it out.  I had accidentally toggled the plug-in delay compensation on live inputs setting.
