Just a quick question

I have GT Pro. I use it, I like just fine.

In what way is Sonar any better? Should I consider upgrading from GT Pro?

what does GT Pro not do for you?

if you can answer that and if X1 can do for you what GT Pro cannot then upgrade.  if you cannot find any reason that GT Pro is not enough then you shouldn't upgrade.

Honestly, GT Pro does everything I need currently. I was wondering if Sonar really adds that much more than I already have. I mean, whats the real difference between X1 and Pro when you get down to it.

Compare the feature lists and included plugins and decide for yourself. It's hard for an outsider to know your preferences. For sure, there's a lot more stuff in X1, but whether you need that stuff or not, only you can decide.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
