Just how much do Brits like their beer?
I just can't get over this bloke being hit by an out of control bus, brushing himself off and walking nonchalantly into the pub. I LOL'd. Apparently he was OK, so I thought it was OK to post.

I saw that on the news earlier. I guess he must have got lawyered up very soon afterwards because he was said to be "unavailable" for interviews and his mates that they did interview said that he had "significant injuries" and "was in a bad way".

Well I hope he takes them to the cleaners. Bus drivers are notoriously reckless in my experience.

When I was 16 we used to drink the most godawful brew called Federation Ace, or Fed Ace for short. It was stupidly cheap and we used to buy crates of the stuff. One time I decided I was going to be posh and pour my can into a glass. There was a piece of string and a bolt in it.

The pub he goes into is the legendary* Purple Turtle (more of a bar/nightclub than a traditional pub - these distinctions matter to the British).
The scene of many of messy evening in my younger days.
