Just installed Dimension Pro 1.5 for the 10th time and no sound, multiasamples and presets

Just installed Dimension Pro 1.5 for the 10th time and no sound, multiasamples and presets

Im having a tough day.  I installed Dimension Pro x64 and now I have no sound coming from it.  All my other synths work and make sound ,, only DImension Pro you choose a preset and no sound.  What do I do now

    All the sounds or presets as you call them are there,, just they give no sound.... I uninstalleed and reinstalled DP 1.5 10 times at least.
