I only installed the x64 VST2 version It runs fine in standalone but when I want to load it as a plugin in X1 I get this: http://imageshack.us/f/10/melodyne1.jpg/ I click OK and I get this: http://imageshack.us/f/89/melodyne2.jpg/ My VST properties look like this: http://imageshack.us/f/714/melodyne3.jpg/ I have tried registering at the Celemony forums but am waiting for my activation e-mail and can't post yet....so am wondering if any of you lot have seen this and wondering what I should do next?

I am not sure if it just on my system but the last install put it in the following location which is different than where previous versions had resided. Maybe check if you have it in the same place and if so add it into you VST search path. c:\program files\common files\vst2\celemony\Melodyne\Melodyne.dll
Sonar Platinum 64bit, Win 8.1 Pro 64bit, Quad Core 3.2GHz, 16G ram, Edirol FA 101, Nvidia EW (Platinum Orchestra, Hollywood Strings, Pianos, Gypsy, Fab 4, Ministry of Rock,Choirs, etc)

Twig, ol pal. The VST installer on Melodyne installs the 64bit VST to Program Files\Common Files\Celemony\..... look there and make sure the dll is in there (if you're running 32bit look in the Program Files (86) folder same path). Then either have Sonar scan that folder or better yet just copy and paste it to your desired VST folder that Sonar does already scan. Then rescan and it should show up in your plugin manager. HTH.

OK I got it after reboot and reinstall - I wonder if when celemony's support team get back to me that is what they suggest......but now my next question My plug-in has a really small window - my colleague who runs it as a plug in Logic can run it full screen...my plug-in is v1.2.1 (from the about screen and I read somewhere that this version would go full screen... so how's it done?

You should be able to grab the corner(in floating mode) and expand it to whatever size you want. The down side is you always need access to at least the timeline for start/stop as the melodyne is slaved to the Sonar transport so you can not activate it from inside as with the stand alone. I usually work with it in docked position with one track visible to know where I am at and match the zoom levels in both.

Yea, it's kinda convoluted. If you pull the edge of the GUI it looks like the actual work surface won't expand. You have to mouse over the corner of the work surface until it turns into a right/downward pointing arrow...then drag that. It will expand as big as you want it.
