(Just kidding/solved) [2017.04] Transform button barely visible when not active.

I can barely make out the transform tool button when it is not active. Here's a pic:

    It looks like a user theme needs an update. I have already updated my themes. I am not sure if the updates have made it to the software page but they may be downloaded directly from https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eiVH_I1clbbRtWFh4-3Mo7HANjCxR8SwqHJtYXy19gw/pub. Mercury and Tungsten should look OK.

    Hi RSMCGUITAR,
     
     In 2017.04, with the Transform Tool turned off, it looks like the following in Tungsten:
     

     
    and Mercury:
     

     
     Have you maybe done some Theme editing in past releases?  That's my best, grasping at straws, guess at the moment.  I'll leave this unlocked for now in case someone else has a recipe for it.
