Just ordered a new guitar!

Well it's for my daughter for her Sweet 16, but I'm even more excited than if I was getting one! Scott Campbell's posts about his new Taylor GS Mini prompted me to pull the trigger and I just ordered one from Sweetwater. My daughter is going to be soooo excited!! She's been playing since last summer on an entry-level Fender. Maybe now she will stop borrowing my Taylor GS6 all the time???

    going to hang in.
    My sister quit when she married...don't
    know why but what a waste. She was
    good and knew more chords than twenty pickers.

    I need one of those cupholders!! Even a shot glass holder - that would be awesome!

    Yeah she definitely seems like she's sticking with it. She's written over a dozen original songs and is really getting into recording - she actually wanted to record a new song of hers last night. Fun stuff!! As she's wrapping up her Sophmore year, I've definitely worked hard to keep my focus on building that musical connection with her as much as I can.
