KVM switch suggestions please

I'm finally going to get a dedicated DAW/video (Sony Vegas) machine but would like to use one of the same monitors I'm currently using (25" HDMI/DVI/VGA) for my existing internet machine....any budget-minded suggestions?
Thanks very much,
Randy

I've been using a Belkin USB KVM + audio for the past 10 years, if not more. Still works. 4 machines with 1 keyboard, 1 mouse and 1 flat screen. They do have them for 2 or 4 machines. That's the SOHO model, although I haven't been there in a long time and don't know if there still available.

yessir I can't find that model but I wonder if this one would work?
In case I haven't explained myself well I want to use one of my monitors for the internet machine and be able to use both for my DAW machine and both monitors have DVI (along with HDMI and VGA).
    Thanks very much Alegria,
    Randy

Unless you will be constantly switching back and forth between the 2 systems, it may be better to only use the KVM switch for the keyboard & mouse and use the monitor's own input select to switch between monitors.  This gives more flexibility, as it allows the option of viewing DAW and internet together, one on each monitor.

and use the monitor's own input select to switch between monitors

I hope that means what I think it means...are you saying I can toggle the input on one of the monitors (ie switching from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 or maybe DVI)?
I'm not seeing it on my monitor menu but perhaps that's because I only have one source plugged in?

It's likely to be a separate button rather than a menu option.

After looking further I found it in the menu...it had hdmi 1/hdmi 2/vga along with auto search checked.
I switched it to hdmi 2 and the screen went black and after a few seconds it reverted back to hdmi 1.
So I might just forgo the kvm switch altogether and use a separate mouse/keyboard since I won't use both at a time.
    Very helpful, thanks very much!!!
