Keeping the "vocal sync/render" knob in vocal align always on TOP (SOLVED)

Seems if I click on anything else...like creating loop points, etc....even floating the knob to another monitor, the "vocal sync/render control knob" disappears or goes to the background.
I'm not seeing a way to "find it" !!    I just have to "undo" the region FX and and start over to get the render knob back.

Is there a way to keep this always on top?

Off topic, but the same happens when I open a VSTi GUI and it is overlaying,... say on the console view.  I can't keep the VSTi GUI on top if I need to adjust anything in the console view.  I need to click again to bring the GUI back (however I can float that to another monitor, which has been my solution).  However with the Region FX Vocal Align, the vocal sync/render knob is nowhere to be reproduced.
