Key Binding for "Fit Content"?
I'm wondering if anyone has found a key binding for "Fit Content" in the Piano Roll View. It sure would speed up my work flow. I would just assign it to the letter "F" and it would be sweet!

Hi Cody-
There isn't one.
I've been wanting this ever since the In-line PRV was added. Dizzi45Z pointed out in another thread that you can hold Ctrl and double-click the keys on the left of the track to Fit the Content, and that's helped me quite a bit, but you still have to move the cursor to get to it.
It would be great to have completely customizable toolbars and shortcuts (plus keyboard macros!), but I sure wish in the meantime that at least all of the toolbar commands would be made bindable.
Please make an official request by posting here:

. Heck, I'll make another myself right now!
Thanks-
-Susan

I put this on the wish list some time ago, i.e. menu commands able to be put into key bindings. Still no dice. I'm often amazed at the little 'improvements' that arrive with each update, thinking 'Why did they bother with THAT?', whilst they leave other labour-saving devices out.
Also, I often find myself pounding on the same umpteen keys to repeat a function/action from the menu. Excel has had a 'repeat that lot please' tool for years and years: 'Ctrl-Y'. C'mon guys, stop tossing our ideas in the bin because you want to put your new sexy dingus in instead...
