Keyboard shortcut changes not sticking in 2017-03? [SOLVED]

Hi Folks.
I seem to be having trouble with keyboard shortcut assignment changes not sticking in 2017-03. After making any change it seems to work while the current project is open. Upon closing the project and opening another or restarting Sonar however the changed shortcut has reverted to the previous setting.
Can anyone confirm that it is working for them?

    You wouldn't happen to be using a lense would you?  If you are, edit the lense in the lense manager to deselect "Keyboard shortcuts".  Hopefully then, your keyboard shortcut will stick.
