Knobs on Alesis Andromeda wont play back?

Knobs on Alesis Andromeda wont play back?

I just recorded a midi track with Sonar X3 and my Knobs on Alesis Andromeda wont play back.
It records fine but when I move any filter knobs the playback starts at the last known frequency.
 
I use Nuendo 6 and it does work perfect.
 
Its setup in a very basic configuration with X3 as I just got it.
 
The reason im looking at X3 is im told you can import midi names in the tracks and control your hardware.
So far I been unable to do this with other daws.

    You should be posting the forum above this one. This forum is for older pre-X series SONAR.
