Komplete 7 - Service Center shows Guitar Rig 3 Pro

For some reason, my Native Instruments Service Center shows "Guitar Rig 3" in the activation area.  I don't have Guitar Rig 3, but I do have Guitar Rig 4 Pro as part of Komplete 7.

Any idea on how to remove Guitar Rig 3 from the activation page?  Has anyone else had this problem?

[NOTE: I'm posting here because the Native Instruments forum is a lot less responsive than the Cakewalk forum, and Cakewalk users are more likely to be using Windows.]

I don't have an answer... but see an obvious question to ask of you for clarification.

Is GR4 listed properly? Or are you really hoping to change the GR3 listing to the correct GR4?

I hope ew stops by soon... he will help.

    best regards,

Guitar Rig 4 Pro is listed correctly and activated on the "Overview" tab.

Guitar Rig 3 is listed there too, but with "not activated".  When I click on "Show Details" all the fields are blank, and next to "Versions" is the red warning "No stand-alone application found."  Since I don't have Guitar Rig 3, "Locate" has nothing to find.

This is just an annoyance, really, but it would be nice to figure out why Guitar Rig 3 is listed when I don't have it.

you might find it's GR3 LE from sonar perhaps. which is what it sounds like

try inserting it as an FX bin or console in your mixer etc. see if it pops up.

There's a GR3 registry entry created when installing Sonar 8.5 (even if you choose not to install GR3-LE).  It's harmless but annoying when running the NI Service Center.

Go into the Registry Editor and look for the Following keys
    HKCU>Software>Native Instruments>Guitar Rig 3
    HKLM>Software>Native Instruments>Guitar Rig 3

Delete the GR3 key/s under Native Instruments... and the issue is gone.
