Komplete 8 to get Kontakt to get Orange Tree

I didn't want to spend all the money to get Komplete to get Kontakt, but I've seen so many software packages out there that use Kontakt, namely Orange Tree's guitars. I've listened to Bitflipper speaking about the benefits of having Kontakt ... and I did it. I got it. Yes I got it on sale, too.

I don't know what of all the things I really want to install from Komplete. Any suggestions?

I'm thinking Kontakt, FM8 and Guitar Rig Pro are worth having, maybe some of the effects. I don't want to take up space with second rate or novelty software I don't need or use.

There's a lot of utility to Battery as well...even if you have a lot of other drum VST's. Good content and very versatile drum editing.

Yeah, I've tried battery before and I actually used it for triggering loops and things. I found it useful in that way. I'll probably use it, too.

Reflektor sounds like it might be a good convolution reverb [reading some reviews]

There is a lot of 3rd party Kontent []out there being offered for the Kontakt format. And I think that the Komplete 8 does offer some good software in this very large package that will be useful. The Transient Master looks promising.

I particularly like what I've seen on the 8Dio site and all that they have to offer. I'm getting very excited about having gone this direktion, in spite of the cost.http://8dio.com/
