Kontakt 3 Automatically Disables Multiprocessor Support - Good/Bad?

Hi
I am finishing up reinstalling everything after replacing my system drive. I just opened Kontakt 3 for the first time since this started. It automatically disabled multiprocessor support.

I have multiprocessor support enabled in Sonar. Is there a conflict if I also enable it in Kontakt? I have been under the impression that Sonar is the resource manager and tends to put one plug to one core as needed.

Thanks.

It's a good thing. You only want one app handling core distribution at a time. Plus, with Kontakt handling the distribution, you'll have to kick up the latency if you're running at <5 ms.
Instead of running big multis in Kontakt, use multiple instances; Sonar will split the instances between the cores.

Good call. Prior to chaning my system drive, I had tried using an 8 out app of Kontakt 3 and it was very unstable. Thanks.

I recently turned off multi-processor support on Kontakt while using it in Sonar and it uses a lot less computer than it did with it on.
