Kontakt 4 player and Kontakt 4 complete

I have ordered Komplete 7  and with that comes Kontakt 4 complete. So when it gets here and I am ready to install do I delete the free player and are the sound samples with the free player on the complete version.

    IRC the player and the full version are the same software, they just respond differently because of the activiation codes. So if you have the latest fully patched version of Kontakt player you could just go into service center and upgrade it by entering the serial number of the full version. Then of course you have to install the library.

    However doing a clean install may have some advantages. Installing Kontakt its self does not take long, installing the libraries will keep you busy for quite a while. The free sounds are all in the full Kontakt library.

    After Installing Komplete make sure you get the latest patches for everything. You can use service centre to do this. Some people are very vocal in their dislike of service centre. I find it a useful tool for keeping every thing up to date.
