"LIVE" on the Internet! Is It Possible?

How would someone go about broadcasting a "Live" internet performance on stage?

    1.  Good Camera
    2.  Fast Computer to encode
    3.  Upload live stream to something like ustream.com
    4.  Give us the address.

    I never really thought about it before, but technology has now allowed an old concert marketing phrase to have meaning.  I'm thinking of the phrase, "Live and in Person".  I always thought it was either redundant, or optimistic (depending on whether or not someone was performing at a funeral).  Thanks to live streaming, it's now possible to have one and not the other.
