L-Phase EQ makes notes disappear!

Has anyone had this problem?
I'm trying to use the L phase eq on my master bus. When I open the LP EQ up I lose midi notes off both my si-bass and some of my drums notes!
Is there something I'm missing. Is there an automatic gate on the eq that is making lower notes disappear?

    The solution is very easy:

Go to Preferences and in MIDI settings increase midi latency to 800 or upper!

    ;)

The "Prepare Using nnn Millisecond Buffers" value is too low. If running the default 250 try using 500 or 750. Some have to use an even higher value as indicated in the previous post. It is in SONAR Preferences > MIDI > Playback and Recording.

I just noticed the same issue last night so it's interesting to find this fix today.

However, what does changing "Prepare Using nnn Millisecond Buffers" actually do?

Is this just for playback or will it also affect recording latency as well?

It is a playback buffer, it does not affect recording. At high settings there may be a noticeable delay when starting the transport while the buffers fill up.
