Lame .mp3 Encoder - 64 bit Windows 7

I thought I remember reading a post on how to set up the encoder to work in X1 running Windows 7 64bit. 
I've searched through the Cakewalk forums and can't seem to locate it.
Any chance that someone here happens to have the post bookmarked and could hook a brother up?

I had the Lame encoder working in this setup before but I wiped clean that PC, took it off line and made it a dedicated X1 recording PC.

When I re installed lame yesterday going by the instructions I have, a pop-up kept saying that I need to buy it to unlock it or that LAME did not work properly. It may not be installed correctly.

Any ideas or instructions will be greatly appreciated.

    I purchased a license from Cakewalk to enable all LAME functionality many years ago and when I swithed to a 64 bit OS, Cakewalk support sent me a link to download the "unlocked 64 bit version". I use it rarely but appreciate its availability in my Sonar environment.
