We're about to head for the airport and fly to Vegas. I'm being sent to a trade show for work (they bought a ticket for the wife too!)at the Paris Hotel...We'll be there until Thursday. Maybe we can see Britney Spears huh?

Best of luck in Vegas........and you don't need any luck whatsoever to avoid B. Spears (unless you want to).
I grew up in Vegas did enjoy the Casino's (free drinks, black jack, & sports betting) when I was in college, but now I don't think I'll be that carefree.
Enjoy your visit and let your wife hang on to your winnings (before you put it back). :))

Say "Hi!" to Elvis for me.

    Hi,

Having family in Las Vegas, I have to say that I enjoy it a lot and it is a nice place. The casinos and their shows are fine, although for me, not necessary.

BSpears would not be on my calendar ... right now no one actually since JLopez is not on my fantasy bucket either! Plasticine and cardboard women, just aren't for me! None of the big name shows were/are interesting to me.

The only show I wanted to see was Garth Brooks ... just seemed to be the one show that wasn't about the stardom ... it was about the music, and I think that would be nice!

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

I showed J-Lo this post. She's absolutely inconsolable.

Well we leave tomorrow. It's been a fun few days. We don't gamble and we didn't want to see any shows (maybe next time). This time we just wanted to see the city. We walked enough to make this 47 year old fat guy a little sore, but we walked from the Paris to New York, New York to Treasure Island. We went all through Ceasars Palace, The Venetian, The Belagio, and everything in between. We took 300 pictures and ate some great food.
Tonight, I believe we'll eat at the Eiffel Tower restaurant, relax, drink a few drinks and get ready to come home.
Las Vegas has never really been on my bucket list, (I was sent here for a trade show) but I'm glad we came. We will be back for sure.
