Latency issue in Dimension P?

Latency issue in Dimension P?

1. When i play the instrument the meter doesn't react until about .8 sec later but the sound is not late. the sound plays on time. Before it worked fine. The only thing I installed was Dimension Pro.
SONAR PE 3.1.1


2. And with Dimension Pro if I play the keyboard to trigger a sound the sound doesn't happen until 1.0 seconds later and the meter is late too. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like your latency settings are causing this.

    In SONAR go to the Options Menu > Audio

    Change your buffer size to faster setting, maybe somewhere around 20msecs would be good.

    Running the WaveProfiler wouldn't hurt either.
