Latency issues in Sonar Platinum

So, I updated to the latest version of SONAR Platinum and it caused all kinds of problems with my machine, including slowing the computer down, etc.  One of the biggest issues was that I started getting latency issues that had never been a problem in the past.  I decided to roll back Platinum to my previous version (2016.08), hoping it would solve the latency problem, but no luck.

Here's what I've got:
I'm running a Focusrite 2i4 interface.
I'm using the ASIO driver, set to 1 ms. (Before the update, I was running the ASIO driver at 2 ms., and I had zero issues)
The ASIO reported latencies are:
Input: 5.2 msec., 228 samples
Output: 6.2 msec., 273 samples
Total Roundtrip: 11.4 msec., 501 samples

I checked the driver on the Focusrite, and I'm running the latest driver available.  Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix the problem and get my stuff back to normal?  Thanks in advance.

If anyone cares, here's what happened...

I bought the Focusrite from Sweetwater, so I called up their tech support (amazing service, and yet another reason I try to buy all my stuff from them) to see if they could help.  The first thing we tried was uninstalling the Focusrite drivers, restarting the machine, re-installing the drivers, and then restarting the machine for a second time.  Unfortunately, the latency was still there.  The next thing we tried was opening the desktop version of Bias FX (the guitar amp sim I use).  We found there was no latency there, so we isolated the problem in Sonar.  After trying a few things in Sonar, we decided to open a new session and discovered there were no latency issues in the new session.  The tech couldn't really explain what happened, but the session was created right after I rolled the program back to 2016.08, so the he thought that the session was possibly corrupted.  Whatever the case may be, I'm back to recording, so life is good.

Could it be some plug-ins in the existing project need Plug-in Delay Compensation? If typing "E" or clicking the FX button in the Mix Module make the unexpected latency go away, it is a plug-in issue.
