Latency manual offset, CEntrance

Based on this tread, I've run the CEntrance for trying to set the latency to a decent level for me (I'm trying to get lost of my Ctrl+D issues...)
 
CEntrance says it cant find a signal at my ESI ESP1010e interface.
 
If I choose my usb connected POD X3, it works perfectly and gives a latency of 5-something-hundred.
