Latency problems on Sonar score

Hello Guys
 
I use sonar platinium 22.8. I got a I7 - 8 Go  - SSD Hard drive   - My keyboard is a Yamaha Piaggero np 80 NP80
 
First of all, it seems me i have problem with CLICK (and score transcription) .
 
- I put 10 ms for my buffer (mixing latency)
- 450 ms  for playing in Midi settings
 
My problem is here : If i use Click and i do quarter notes  on my keyboard  SONAR DOES sixteenth note

    Moreover, with or without CLIK, my records are not stable on the tempo (slightly behind the beat )
