Latest Instrumental Song In Sonar - "Faulkheart"

I had a lot of fun putting this together. It's instrumental rock/metal. Like Thin Lizzy meets the F**cking Champs. It's all guitars and midi drums via Battery 3.

    I like this - it reminded me of some 80s rock instrumentals I've got in my collection.

    I can't really comment on the production or the mix - I'm listening on laptop speakers and I'm not a guitar man - but I didn't hear anything that made me think more work was needed.

    Thanks for the feedback. I'm not 100% satisfied with the mix. I think I have some panning issues still that I'm trying to figure out. I just like messing around.

    I liked the piece and you can play your instrument quite well. The drums sound small and distant. If you basically inverted the volumes of the bass+drums with the guitars I think your mix would be spot-on.

    sweet guitar playing! everything is well recorded, nice guitar tone you have here. As said above, drums need to be a bit bigger, get yer compressor oot! be nice to hear with some vocals too...
