Wow - it is working fast and great.  Low Latency too.

BTW - the new Miroslav 2.0 piano is incredibly good.  (Hijacked my own thread :)

I think he is referring to the grand piano included in IK's Miroslav 2 that was released about a month or so ago. It does sound nice but nowhere close to Addictive Keys, Sampletek, etc. There are no pedal noises or fall back noise, nothing that lends to the realistic character of a great dedicated sample instrument. It sounds fine if you didn't have anything else. It would get the job done. I am really liking Miroslav 2 strings though. Especially the solo instruments.

Yes - I was referring to Miroslav 2 which does not come with Sonar - but was an update from Miroslav 1.  I do have other pianos - but I have to say that I was surprised at how good the sampling was on the Miroslav piano.  Yes it could use the other features - but in a heavy mix - it is very useful.

I haven't checked it out, yet, but am very pleased with the ST3 Alan Parsons Imperial Grand.  I'm feeling pretty good about my orchestral and grand piano options, these days! Siedlaczek, GPO5 (coming soon), and Miroslav 2.
I got the AD keys (minus the electric grand) for $29 and foolishly assumed it was "allright", till I actually played with it. It's very impressive and flexible.

I really don't like the way the Addictive Keys grand sounds when using my normally preferred mic setup (condenser close). There's a nasty brightness in there that I really can't stand or EQ out. But I've rediscovered it after a little while and with some of the other mic positions and a slightly different vision of what it "should" sound like it's pretty good. Some really good alternative sounds.
