I tried to give it more "analogue grit". A couple of additions in the final output mixdown chain.

I have computer stuff.

Now that was interesting...    I liked the change-ups along the way while still remaining with the same general vibe.   Lots of neat little bits and pieces coming in and out too.  I'm not sure what it sounds like without the grit, but this version sounds "right" to me.

Like steve pointed out, the change ups are really nice (and inventive).  I also like the guitar riff that glues the song together.  It's a pink floyd-ish riff.  It would sound great over huge speakers in a stadium. :D

I'll take the Pink Floyd comment and frame that one. One of my favourite bands.

I'll try to find a workable link for you hear. Bear in mind, it doesn't sound like I changed anything although aspects were changed. For example, the pitched drums were manipulated with a Moog Filter, split up in Sonar, changed dynamically, reversed whatever...then screwed up a bit with a plugin called Glitch.

The original tracks in order for them to be workable for me were stripped back to a near zero-ambience and dry as possible sound. Added Izotope Vinyl Plug-in in parts. On the mixdown I used AR J37 Tape, AR Vinyl in Pressing mode.

I lie, I did do one original part which was strings...made sound weird and out there like Boards of Canada tape wow and flutter effects.

    That's the original.

    Anyway thanks.
