Lava lamps

And now I know why to use them... Working on some mixing a bit to loud ;) and all of a sudden the lava light began to flicker.
After about 20 minutes of flickering the bulb burnt out.
There's only one thing to do about lava lamps and mixing too loud... Stuck up on bulbs!

    I heard that EVH uses a variac to dial down the voltage on his Lava Lamp
    to help him acheive his world-famous "brown out" sound.
