Layla3G dead?

Oh dear, it looks like my PCI Echo Layla 3G has finally died on me.

I was having problems in Sonar, after a few seconds of playing a project the PC would lock up and BSOD on me.

I did a fresh install of Win7, Sonar and all my drivers and plugins but the problem persisted.

Disabling the Layla card and installing a UA-1G meant Sonar would run without a hitch.

In the last few weeks the Layla has produced a noise, sort of a looping static type noise for no known reason, sometimes when no audio application was in use or sound was playing.

Other than digging a hole in the back garden, has anyone got some advice on how I can definitely prove its the Layla that is at fault?

I get bsod errors 1A and 1D.
