Legacy Cell not visible in Plugin manager

I have installed Korg Legacy Cell, but it will not show up in plugin manager, whereas all of the other Korg VST's show up and behave as expected.

How can I install and use the Legacy Cell VST?

    Did you Scan for Vst Plug-ins? New plug-ins have to be found in a scan before the software can recognize and use them.

    I have rescanned, and Legacy Cell does not appear under any plugin category.

    You seem to know what you're doing mcdonalk, but have you double checked to make sure the .dll is in one of the folders that plugin manager actually scans?
