I haven't watched Comic Relief for years. Lenny Henry always seemed like an OK sort of bloke to me though. Not my cup of funny tea, but not really comparable to a viral hemorrhagic fever. Funnier than Hale & Pace or Little and Large, or any combination of the four.
Currently trying to figure out how I can get to see Stewart Lee on his new 'Content Provider' tour without taking two days off work.

Currently trying to figure out how I can get to see Stewart Lee on his new 'Content Provider' tour without taking two days off work.
Easy. Carry on working as normal and while you're doing that spend a couple of hours thinking of something that isn't even remotely funny. I'm talking something that makes Lenny Henry (or even Bapu) seem like a comedy genius. Try to imagine the single most unfunny thing in the universe and multliply that by the highest number that you can possibly imagine. Don't worry if the highest number you can imagine is less than eleventy-three megajabazillion and you don't know the times table for that because even if you did get the answer right it would be still be twelvetly-nine thousand gigamaxillion to the power of seventy-eleven hexawillion times more funny than SL at his absolute funniest, but it'll at least get you some of the way way there and you'll still have been paid. HTH
