I lurved my LXP hardware units (I had the 1 and the 5) back in the day. But that was when I had exactly one reverb and one delay. What was I thinking?

I did the demo of this...and it definitely is an awesome piece of reverb kit...just like the hardware... It's big and lush and awesome... If I didn't spend all my money I'd be all over this...I've been wanting it since the demo...

Is this like getting the equivalent of an LXP-15 (which, IIRC is an LXP-1 and LXP-5 in one unit)?

Machine...the Lexicon reverbs are legendary....there's always something out there that will "come close", like CSR....but it's NOT even the same... I have CSR, and you can get good sound out of it...but LXP is crazy good...and I'm sure PCM, which is the EXACT same algorithm as in the PCM hardware..is even more astounding. The REAL question is...is it worth it to you?

plugindiscounts is busy with orders Toni made a post at KVR that it would be hard to respond. I placed an order with audiodeluxe.com and I don't expect to hear from them until after the sale. thanks for the feed back on Lexicon. still deciding if I want to spend the money on um. GAS and what not.

Well I've got the ver 1 iLok but that adds more complexity for me. Anyway I think I've come to my senses. I have 2 convolution reverbs and CSR so I can work with that. I just order the NI Rickenbacker Bass so now I've got the Komplete 9 upgrade, Session Horns and the Rick for $175. Not a bad Black Friday.

That's a good thing....I bought my Ilok 2 and then sold my Ilok one with a program that required it to recover some of the cost. And you can transfer the licenses on your Ilok 1 to the Ilok 2....and just use the one...just for future reference...

Well AudioDeluxe responded and said that it was for Authorized Dealers only, so they couldn't do the sale. Which is probably why no one else other then the big guns, Sweetwater, MF, GC, Music123, etc...are the only one's that have the sale price...bummer...I was hoping to get that price down to like $80 and then I'd shoot myself in the face....
