Lexicon Pantheon reverb font corruption!

Hello folks!
I've been using Sonar for quite some time now.. (just finally got the time to become active in the forum)..
I'm having a problem that leaves me puzzled.

I am having a problem with the font used to display the values in the Lexicon Pantheon reverb plugin. For a while (at least since the upgrade to 3.1.1), they have been barely readable! It's quite annoying, because it makes it very very difficult to read the values used. I have attempted a re-install from the original CD, and that didn't help. I also re-applied the updates.. of course, that didn't help either.

Using sysinternals file monitor, I was able to see SONAR looking for LCD2.TTF. A quick search on the net allowed me to copy this font to the non-existant "Shared Plugins\font" folder. Restarting SONAR< this didn't do the trick. A second trace shows SONAR looking for 7SEGN___.TTF in the same place. I was unable to find this font.

Out of desparation, I tried to extract the contents of the WISE package to look for the Lexicon portions of the setup, in hopes of finding this missing font. Unfortunately, the WISE isntaller is password protected.

Has anyone ever encountered this? I found one post on the net by a gentlemen, but nobody responded with a solution. (The post)

Any ideas?? Answers???

Cheers!

For the benefit of others who may be experiencing the same problem, I have found the cause. The font that the Lexicon reverb uses for displaying values is the "Small Fonts" system font. It's not TrueType of PostScript. Not sure why they chose that, but, in the system preferences, I have chosen to have my fonts set at 110% original size. (I run at 1600 x 1200 for pleasure) Reverting to "small fonts" fixed the problem.

Because of the non-scaling nature, the font is quite horrid when the system tries to make it 110%. I let their tech support know, so hopefully there will be a fix!

FYI, the system default font is configured by right-clicking the desktop -> Properties -> settings - Advanced..

    Hope this helps anyone else!
    Cheers!
