Light green rectangle around track view

Hope you all can help.  All of a sudden I have a light green rectangle surrounding all of track view.  Don't know what I hit to make this happen or what I have to hit to get rid of it.  It is effecting how the song stops or rewind once I hit the space bar.  My set up is as follows:

Roland XP keyboard
external Tascam US-144 Soundcard
Behringer Eurorack MX 1804 analog mixer
Behringer Truth powered Monitors
Brand New Computer: MSI A6000 Dual Core Pentium T4500 @ 2.30 GHz 2.30 GHz,  3.00 GB memory, 32 bit system.

THanks

Which version of Home Studio do you have?
What's your operating system? I'm assuming Win 7 on a brand new computer.
How is it affecting how the song stops and rewinds?
Did you just now load HS on the new computer or did the program function correctly on the new computer but just now started acting wonky?

My SHS7 has always had that.  I think it shows that the track view is the focus.  If you click down in the area where the buses are the green outline moves down there.
