Link To X1c Producer Download Not Working.

I can't believe that I am the only one having this problem.  When I click of the download X1c Producer using Explorer it goes right back to the same page as follows:http://www.cakewalk.com/s...250?DL=Producer.  I tried downloading using Chrome and twice it would start the download but not able to finish.   Can't download.  Any advice?  At least Chrome starts the download but doesn't finish.
