Linking Cakewalk account with Bandlab account

Hi,
I saw mention of linking our old Cakewalk account with the new Bandlab account to keep access to the old stuff we bought, but I can't find info on how to actually do this - anyone know how it is done? Thanks.

Your part of the process is making sure the e-mail address in your BandLab account and Cakewalk account are the same.

What I miss in the moment is some kind of acknowledgment, that this happened indeed.
I made a Bandlab Account some weeks ago. When we got the mail, that we should create a Bandlab account, I had already.
But when I log in, there is not hint, that the Bandlab & Cakewalk accounts are now "connected".

I would feel much more comfortable, if I knew, that I have successfuly done this

You should have received an email from BandLab after creating the account. That is all for now. I suspect when the transition is completed you will be able to confirm the data.

We haven't done the migration process yet, as soon as it's done (which will take a bit more time) , we'll let people know and it will be visible if everything was set up smoothly for their account and I'll make an announcement about it too - so if you don't see the flag you'll be able to write in and get it manually resolved :-)

You don't know how relieved that makes me feel, but I do hope that you have some good security verification,
I wouldn't want people e-mailing in pretending they purchased Platinum when they didn't at all,
so I hope you'll take precautions to protect Bandlab from abusers.

You might also want to login to your old cakewalk account before/if it shuts down and do a "print to PDF" of your products page, it`s what I did a few months ago. That way you'll have a copy of what you have purchased plus any serial numbers :-)
