Raw and gritty, that's the way I like it.

I thought the guitars were Ok. They seemed to fit the song. The lyrics were very interesting. However the vocals need a lot of work. At times they cracked and went off key. They had a VERY limited range which made them very monotonous but that seems to be what the song was.

I somewhat agree with Pete in that the vocals need work in one or two places to make this song shine, and shine it could. This is one of my more favored pieces by you. I enjoyed it a lot.

personally i think the vocals fit the genre nicely. bob dylan's range was perfect for his great art. songs need to be looked at as sculptures and viewed from various angles

Hey, I really like this a lot!  I wouldn't mess with the vocals, the occassional crack or drift lends perfect emotion to the song.  (Dylan and Waits did just fine after all...and your voice is much better than theirs.)

    Well done!!

    Hi Lee,

Very cool! Great overall vibe and feel. The mix sounds fine to me and the vocal is perfect for the tune IMO.

    Nice job!

Vocals sound cool but the music needs alot of work . The drums are not tight , too loose . The music needs some mixing work , your off to a good start but you really need to work on fixing some things I commented on before I would call it a winner .

My Take on your tune !
