Little Rose Tattoo.

Hi all,
I disappeared from the forum for a while, while i rebuilt my studio and worked on a couple of new projects.

This is my first attempt at programming horns - any critiques would be appreciated.
There are lyrics, I just haven't recorded the vocals yet.

Thanks for listening!

Yeah Matt, I liked it too.......very cool groove indeed. The horns sounded quite nice, what did you use? (At the 2:44 mark, there was a bit of buzzing from the trombone? section on the left side (listening on my H-phones) and not sure if it's the MP3 conversion or something else).

Good stuff here and would love to hear it with some vocals.

Thanks James.  Someone playing along is one step above air-guitaring as a compliment!

The horns are Komplete Session Horns Pro.  I'm really happy with the product so far.  As for the buzz, I had it intentionally growl those accents.  As well as humanizing and emphasizing the performance, it annoys my wife's classical-musician friends!  haha

    Lol....if it's intentional, works for me. :))

You did a very nice job with those horns.....IMO they fit in well (SH Pro has been on my to get list).

Just echoing the above - groovy.

The horns do sound good, particularly since they're really dry which often exposes things a bit more.   The arrangement seems to agree with the samples you've chosen.   Good stuff.
