Live recording I did last night

Last night I did sound for  April Verch. They brought this mike with them and this is what it sounded like.

April is not part of my band but I wish she was, I put it here so they can listen and see if they want the whole nights recording I did. I though some of you might enjoy it too.
They are on a tour and are covering most of Canada and US. Excellent players and people. I did not edit the files other than fade the ending applause and a 3 Db gain to bring it up to volume.

    Wow, this is outstanding!

April plays and sings beautifully and your recording sounds terrific to me.

Thanks for posting...I love this stuff and hadn't heard of her before this.

A great recording starts with a great performance. I just googled her and found the same song as a video recorded somewhere else but the stage setting looks amazingly similar to our theater her in GF. Complete with the mike! I think my recording sounds better. The video must have been using the camera mike.
I'll add that the guitar and bass where also mixed in via LR Baggs DI and pre amp systems.
So it's a live mix of 3 sources.

Great vocal and recording, not my type of music at all, but I can still appreciate it sounds good.
