Live recording

I mixed in a little back room audience mic for reverb, but I didn't add reverb to any of the original tracks. Do you think it's ok like this, or does the vocal need something?

As a follow up... what about surround? Anyone using the surround bus mixes? When you distribute... how? DVD?

StudioCat > I use Windows 10 and Sonar Platinum. I have a touch screen.
I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

If you have all the individual instruments/vocals tracked, I would mix them all together with this track. You could do a lot if you have all those other tracks.

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

Channeling Bob & Jerry? This old Deadhead really liked that. You had me on the opening bar.
This has a very warm, intimate sound. I was playing with the EQ as I listened, and I might be tempted to brighten it up just a bit. Totally a matter of discretion and vibe.
If you guys decide to do Ship of Fools, I wanna hear it.

I'll play with these suggestions. I do have individual tracks.

    Thanks, guys!

The vocals are the weakest element, so anything you can do to improve them should be job #1. A bit of low shelf EQ and maybe brighten them up slightly as well.  If you swapped the guitars and vocals in terms of their levels, that would be better.

If you have the drums somewhat separated I'd give them a touch of some sort of early reflections room reverb or even a small hall to give the overall mix an illusion of depth.
