Bass seems to be high over the other instrumentation, but mostly the rest seem to be pretty balanced. Just my opinion.

Yeah I think you're right on the bass a bit, and I did ponder and decide in favor of it being a little more bottom heavy due to the target being youtube, with many hearing on computers and phones.

How do you all feel about this logic?

Totally great!  I think the whole balance was better than most live band recordings I've heard unless they are huge Bazillion dollar stage shows and even then you are right there.  That gal can sing!!!  The whole band is  great.  Love when the bass player went funk, a technique I still haven't mastered.  I haven't tried that hard but he obviously did!! All musicians were tight and this was thoroughly enjoyable.  The mix was right there for me.  I wouldn't change a thing.

Seems like a heavy build up of 300Hz on the vox.

    Other than that, great job.

    Thanks everyone!,

Bapu, wonder what you mean about a build up, (as opposed to being constantly there?)
Or is it something masking the vox in that range?
Or could it be the reverb?

At any rate I'll enjoy going back to it and playing around with things in that range to see what might clear it up and possibly learn what to listen for down there :)

To my ears it sounds great.  You can hear everything clearly, and I agree that the singer is fantastic.  As an aside I love what I heard of your version of "Thinking Out Loud".

That's a good promo video and it sounds good to me.  It sounds better than most live at the venue that I have heard before.
    Nice one.
