Loading Track Icon with double click no longer works

Double clicking the default icon in the console view used to open up the icon folder for selection in X3 producer
 
In Platinum this is no longer happening.
 
Just an observation.

    Oh I did discover if you hold the alt key and click the icon, then the icon folder opens.
