AnsweredLocked FXC files - FX Chain presets not editable?

Locked FXC files - FX Chain presets not editable?

I have not played with FX chains very much, so I may have missed something.
Some of the new FX chains appear to be locked with no way to edit or see the internals.
Is this something new or am I doing something wrong.

    Thanks, I did do a search for clues but didn't find anything.
    I guess it's called 'the new QuickFX format'.
