Locked screensets don't lock height of tracks/buses added after locking (Confirmed by CW)
I've always wondered why my screensets often fail to restore the height of one or two tracks in the Track view. But now I know why. As the thread title suggests, you have to unlock and relock the screenset every time you add a track/bus if you want its height to be restored by switching to and back from another screenset (until this bug is fixed).
If you want to reproduce the issue, follow these steps:
1. Load the Normal project template.
2. Hide the MultiDock and the Bus pane, then delete all existing tracks.
3. Insert an audio track and minimize the track (height).
4. Lock the current screenset (in Control Bar's Screenset module).
5. Duplicate the current screenset (SS1 "Main Screenset") to SS2 "Track View Ctrl+2."
6. Click the drop-down list in Screenset module and make sure the SS1 is duplicated to SS2 (and notice that SS2 is also locked).

7. Switch to SS1 and then switch back to SS2 (strangely, SS2 has reverted to the default layout and the padlock icon is gone).
8. Switch to SS1 again and repeat step #5, then lock SS2 manually this time (unlock+relock).
9. Switch between SS1 and SS2 and make sure they are identical.
10. While in SS1, resize (expand) the audio track's height, then switch to SS2 and switch back to SS1. The locked SS1 layout is returned with the track minimized, as expected.
11. Insert another track. Make sure the two tracks are both minimized, then repeat step #9.
12. Expand both tracks, then repeat step #9 again.
[Expected Result]
In both screensets, both tracks are minimized, just as they were in step 11.
[Actual Result]
In both screensets, the track added in step 11 isn't minimized.
Track view's Bus pane has this issue as well. The Console view doesn't (Track/bus strip width restored as expected).
