Logic Pro/SD2 (Mac) to Sonar/WAV (PC)

Hi, I'm trying to import audio (of separate tracks) that was originally created on a Mac using Logic Pro (SD2 file format) into Sonar 2.0 on a PC. I've tried an SD2 to WAV converter program which seemed to work until i tried importing the WAV files into Sonar. (Sonar said: out of memory) Changed the conversion settings and got as far as importing a track but with hissing sound only.

Is there an easier way?
