Looking for some good advice...

I used Orchestrator Plus software with a Casio CT-670 keyboard to control both the Creative labs MIDI sounds as well as the CT-670 sounds via a MIDI in/out cable connected from the keyboard to a joystic port on the PC running Windows XP.

I now have a Windows 7 64-bit machine, and it appears that there may be MIDI cables that will connect my keyboard via USB to my PC. However, I don't know what software exists that is "like" the voyetra Orchestrator Plus that I was so used to using. It allowed me to create and edit my own MIDI files. My sound card is a Creative SB X-Fi with built-in MIDI capabilities.
1. Is there a MIDI cable that will connect my CT-670 from the keyboard in/out to my Windows 7 64-bit PC via a USB connction?
2. Is there software that will run on my machine that is similar to the Orchestrator Plus software that will recognize my existing MIDI files and my Casio CT-670 instruments?
I have made many, many MIDI songs and would like to play them back just like I could before.
Thanks for any information.
