Looking for stable interface

I'm running Sonar X1 and currently have a tascam us-800 interface but I'm always getting the blue screen of death when trying to use it. I also have a line 6 floor pod I use when I'm not trying to record with a mic and never get the blue screen ... I'm looking to replace the tascam and was wondering if anyone can give me some ideas as to which ones are good choices that work well with sonar X1. I don't have alot of money to put into this at this time, around $ 150.00 or less.. I was looking at the focusrite scarlett 2i2 , m audio fast track and the Roland Tri Capture .... I don't need more then 2 inputs and only use them when recording with a mic ... also using usb instead of firewire .... running on a PC windows 7, 64 bit I5 core .... Does anyone have any experience with these or have any other suggestions ?

Thanks,
Steve

I'm also looking for a new audio interface, so far Roland quad capture is top of the list for stable low latency drivers.

    SONAR Platypus on Win10 64bit.
Studio One Pro / Cubase Pro 9.5...just in case.

What have you done to stabilise the Tascam us800? What drivers are you using? Are you using it as the only card with SONAR (without having the integrated chip  messing things up)?

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

I've downloaded the latest driver for 64 bit and have tried running it alone and also tried re installing it several times ... I used it on my older computer running guitar tracks pro 4 32 bit and it did fine ..no problems but just not stable on new computer running sonar x1 producer 64 bit ..
