Looks Like Cubase does not support 32 bit VSTs what about Studio One?

I still have a UAD-1 and as that is 32 bit only I need to be able use 32 bit VSTs.

I know that the real answer is replace the UAD-1 but that's not an option if I need to buy a new DAW.

With Cubase you just need to use Bitbridge for 32bit plugs.

Splat, Win 10 64bit and all sorts of musical odds and sods collected over the years, but still missing a lot of my old analogue stuff I sold off years ago.

With SO you'll need a bridge, same as Cubase. Jbridge works well with it and is about $18.

Just use Jbridge. It's a great program, and I can run all my (older) 32bits plugins without any problem in Cubase 9. It's available for a very modest price (€14.99) here: https://jstuff.wordpress.com/jbridge/

I cannot say how this will work for UAD-1 plugins, because I do not have that hardware/software combination. I can only say that even very old 32bit plugins (that will never be updated to 64bit) seem to run without any problem. I guess you have to see for yourself if this works for UAD plugins or not.

That said - I really suggest you try to run only 64bit plugins. I can imagine you do not want to upgrade your UAD-1, because of the costs involved. That would be an hurdle for me too to be honest ;-).
