I have The Emperor, Old Lady, Estonia, Rain, Vertical Pop, C7 Pop and Rock, The Pianete and the Baroque Organ. They are all excelent and good value even at the full price. But I am not really sure what else I need from them.

I've just got the Old Lady, The Black Grand, one of the Steinways and The Harpsichord. I'm listening to the Yamaha and the Rain at present.

The Rain is a lot of fun. I absolutely hate the Yamaha C7 - it's the only thing I've ever got from Per that I thought was a dud. I suspect it's not even the raw samples but something with scripting/programming that is quirky.
The Emperor is spectacular IMO, and I live the White grand/White sister, especially when blended together. It's a really good 'pop' piano.

Looks like Sampletekk half-price sales are going to be a bi-monthly event. I wonder if they sell anything during the months in between, since I'm sure everybody's figured this out.
I also wonder how those high-priced piano libraries continue to survive when you can get some really, really good ones for $25 or $50 (with no iLok).
 All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to. My Stuff

Have you guys ever tried the Art Vista Digital Grand? It is underrated, but I have produced a number of jazz and R&B albums with it, and the players universally like its sound. You have to add some brightness to it, but it has the most realiastic, three dimensional sound I've ever gotten from a a sampled piano, and I've been messing with them since the original Gigapiano came out.

After listening to most all the stuff at SampleTekk I don't have...Vertikal sounds like a great "alternative".

Vertikal is great...It's nice for when you want an upright, but the rain is too thin and the imperfect samples Schimmel is too much. It really does sound like a lot of the Yamaha uprights I've played.
