Loop Recording

When loop recording audio P5v2 will slap you a nice new layer when your loop comes around. When recording midi and looping I don't seem to be able to get P5v2 to show me the same love. I watched a Traktion video and talk about I candy. Ok, so anybody know the solution to getting the same response when recording midi.

have a good one

I don't think it can layer recordings while looping midi.

You know this is the type of functionality that those MPC junkies might oogle over. I know my Electribe wouldn't mind it either.

MPC won't do a separate track layer when looping. Everything goes on the same track. You can switch tracks, but each iteration of a loop is combined on whatever is the active track.
